When was the last time you received “WOW” service in a store? I asked a few of my friends this question recently and sadly, many of them could not remember the last time they received good service. Then I asked, when was the last time you received “WOW” service and went out of your way to write to the company to commend them on the service and congratulate them on such a great staff member. Most of them said they had intended to write and then completely forgot. I just want to put it out there, that as good service is so rare these days, we really should go out of our way to make a bit of a deal about it.
